Consulting Services
Refunds for consulting services provided by Skynet Vision Limited are handled on a case-by-case basis and governed by the specific engagement agreement in place between Skynet Vision Limited and the client.
Eligibility
Where applicable, refund eligibility may depend on:
- The stage of the engagement and work already performed.
- The cause for the refund request.
- Any contractual terms agreed in the engagement letter or statement of work.
Process
Refund requests should be submitted in writing to contact@skynetvison.com. We will review and respond within ten (10) business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Out-of-pocket expenses, third-party costs, and work already delivered and accepted are generally non-refundable.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales and forms part of our overall Terms & Conditions.
